2 hours remote support

Initial consultation and inspection including server and desktop security audit
Package 4 - Diamond - £380 per month
8 hours / 1 working day onsite
2 hours remote support
Same day response, 1st hour of emergency / out of hours call out included as standard
Loan hardware in event of system failures
Initial consultation and inspection including
full server, desktop and network audit with recommendation plan
